Trata-se de um projeto de extens\u00e3o com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de alunos, docentes e residentes do programa de gest\u00e3o e servi\u00e7o social do HCFMUSP. O acolhimento para estas fam\u00edlias foi realizado por meio de um fluxograma de atendimento estruturado com base nos construtos do Cuidado Centrado no Paciente e Fam\u00edlia (dignidade e respeito, compartilhamento de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, participa\u00e7\u00e3o e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o).
