N\u00e3o \u00e9 vi\u00e1vel retirar os trabalhadores de seus locais por longos per\u00edodos de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e treinamento, ainda mais com as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de n\u00e3o aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o e de distanciamento f\u00edsico. Como forma de oportunizar atividade de educa\u00e7\u00e3o em servi\u00e7o, o PREVCOVID-BR desenvolveu uma Comunidade de Pr\u00e1ticas, nominado como \u201cDi\u00e1logos da pr\u00e1tica\u201d, reunindo especialistas e profissionais em conversa enriquecedoras com o intuito de discutir os problemas para encontrar estrat\u00e9gias e solu\u00e7\u00f5es para o enfrentamento da COVID-19.
