Para tanto, foi abordada a caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o adequada do TEA em crian\u00e7as, com sugest\u00f5es de atitudes e procedimentos desej\u00e1veis para sua inclus\u00e3o em sociedade, e foram desmistificadas informa\u00e7\u00f5es err\u00f4neas comuns que prejudicam o correto entendimento sobre a sua condi\u00e7\u00e3o e dificultam a sua inser\u00e7\u00e3o social. Adicionalmente, foram abordados cuidados m\u00e9dicos e odontol\u00f3gicos b\u00e1sicos para garantir a qualidade de vida a pessoas com TEA. O material foi desenvolvido na forma de dois livretos (\u201ccartilhas\u201d), que foram distribu\u00eddos na forma impressa e veiculados no formato digital, permitindo sua dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o por pessoas, profissionais e entidades que lidam com p\u00fablico relacionado ao TEA.
