Dentre elas, destacamos uma experi\u00eancia recente: o e-book &#8220;Mem\u00f3rias da Mandioca&#8221;. Essa \u00e9 uma obra composta por uma colet\u00e2nea de hist\u00f3rias biogr\u00e1ficas de mulheres integrantes do Sustentarea, lan\u00e7ada em setembro de 2021. Nosso objetivo foi promover um di\u00e1logo entre a academia e a sociedade sobre um dos alimentos nativos, cultura alimentar e g\u00eanero. Os resultados obtidos at\u00e9 outubro de 2021, indicam que o e-book obteve 53 downloads, enquanto seu evento de lan\u00e7amento possu\u00eda at\u00e9 o momento 120 visualiza\u00e7\u00f5es.
