From April 3 to 28, 2023, the Pró-Reitoria de Cultura e Extensão Universitária accepts applications for projects with actions aimed at interacting with society.
The partnership with the Fundação de Apoio à Universidade de São Paulo (FUSP) and Santander Bank provides up to R$10,000 for each initiative presented by active USP professors.
The aim is to financially support university extension actions involving the application, and dissemination of knowledge or cultural initiatives produced in Teaching and Research Units, Museums, Specialized Institutes, and other bodies.
For example, producing printed educational materials, purchasing consumables, and outsourced services from legal entities can be financed. On the other hand, grants for students, per diems and airline tickets, permanent equipment or gifts, and coffee breaks will not be covered.
The proposals will be analyzed by Comissão de Cultura e Extensão Universitária (Culture and University Extension Commission).
Applications can be made on the Apolo system (Fomento module).
The approved projects will run from July 3 to October 31, 2023.
