Presentations of works in the seven categories competing for the main prize are free and open to the general public
From Monday (23rd) onwards, the Nascente USP program promotes the week of presentations of the finalists of the 30th edition of the artistic competition dedicated to students at the University of São Paulo. Until next Friday (27), it will be possible to check out the classified works in a cultural program with popular and classical music, literary soiree and performing arts exhibitions.
The finalists of text, popular and classical music will exhibit on the stage of the Centro Cultural Camargo Guarnieri, in Cidade Universitária. In the same location, the TUSP Butantã will host performing arts work. All presentations are free and open to the general public.
From November 8th, the Maria Antonia Center will host the Vernissage of the Visualidade Nascente 2023 Exhibition.
After evaluation by the jury, the winners in each category will receive a prize of 4 thousand reais at the awards ceremony on November 24, at 7 pm, at the Camargo Guarnieri Cultural Center.
“We celebrate not only these 30 editions but also the quality of the artists who dedicated themselves to producing works of such high quality, such as those presented this year”, highlights professor Emerson da Cruz Inácio, academic coordinator at Nascente. “We count on everyone’s participation and presence at helping to brighten this 30th edition!”
